Avalon

Avalon is a great weekend get-away if you live in Southern California.  Whether you want to scuba dive, sample great food, or just drink at Luau Larry’s there is no doubt you’ll have a great time.  Our favorite time of the year is off season because in the summer it gets pretty packed with tourists.  There are nearly 400 moorings at Avalon so there is usually a spot for your boat but if it’s crowded they’ll move you to Descanso Beach which isn’t nearly as sheltered or nice as being in the harbor.
